Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prelisted website at prelisted.io, the Prelisted Telegram bot at @prelisted_bot, and the Prelisted private subscriber channel (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Prelisted is

Prelisted is an on-chain monitoring service. We index public blockchain data on centralized exchange wallets and known institutional wallets, and we surface events that historically correlate with subsequent listing announcements. Output is delivered to subscribers as informational notifications.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency-related services is prohibited.
• You are not on any sanctions list maintained by the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, or United Nations.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of your country of residence regarding cryptocurrency, taxation, and financial services.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions to the Service are billed in advance in U.S. Dollars. Available plans and prices are listed at prelisted.io/checkout/.

• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.
• Lifetime plans are one-time charges.
• Crypto payments (Bitcoin via BTCPay, USDT direct) are one-time per period and do not auto-renew.
• Payment processing is performed by third parties: Stripe (cards), BTCPay Server (Bitcoin), and on-chain transfers (USDT). We do not store payment-card data.
• You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Free demo

A 3-day free demo is available to first-time users. Demos are non-renewing and may not be combined or repeated by the same person.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish notifications you receive without our written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated methods to access the Service beyond ordinary use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying detection logic.
• Share access credentials, channel invite links, or your subscription with anyone else.
• Use the Service to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, or any unlawful activity.
• Submit false, abusive, or harassing content via the contact form or any other channel.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (including software, brand, logos, copy, and methodology) are owned by Prelisted and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal informational use during your active subscription.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Notifications will be accurate, complete, or timely.
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Detected events will result in any specific market outcome.

Past detection performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and trading carries substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prelisted, its operators, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties whose terms also apply when you interact with them, including: Stripe, BTCPay Server, Telegram, Google Analytics, CoinGecko, and our blockchain RPC providers. We are not responsible for their services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision becomes commercially unreasonable. Upon termination, the disclaimers and limitations of liability above survive.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
