This Privacy Policy explains what information Prelisted ("we") collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using the Prelisted website, Telegram bot, or subscriber channel (collectively, the "Service"), you accept the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Email address — at checkout and via the contact form.
• Telegram username and/or chat ID — at checkout and when you interact with our bot.
• Free-text content you submit via the contact form (name, contact info, message).

1.2 Payment information (collected by our processors, not by us)

• Stripe processes card payments. We receive a Stripe Customer ID and confirmation of payment events; we do not store full card numbers, CVV, or expiry on our servers.
• BTCPay Server processes Bitcoin/Lightning payments. We receive an invoice ID and settlement confirmation.
• On-chain USDT payments are settled directly on TRON / BNB Chain; we record the deposit address and transaction hash.

1.3 Automatically collected

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, page-view timestamps.
• Analytics events via Google Analytics 4 — page views, button clicks, funnel steps. These are only collected if you have granted cookie consent.
• Server logs — request paths, status codes, IP, user-agent (retained for security and debugging).

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service: account creation, subscription management, notification delivery.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional messages (subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, channel invites).
• To analyze and improve the Service (only with analytics consent).
• To respond to your contact-form messages.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:

• Strictly necessary (no consent required) — session, CSRF protection, language, and cookie-consent preference itself.
• Analytics (consent required) — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure page views, funnel performance, and traffic sources. Loaded only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for prelisted.io and refreshing — the banner will reappear.

4. Third-party processors (sub-processors)

We share data with these providers strictly as necessary to operate the Service:

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — card payment processing
• BTCPay Server (self-hosted on DigitalOcean, Singapore region) — Bitcoin/Lightning payments
• Telegram FZ-LLC (UAE / UK) — bot messaging and channel delivery
• Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics 4 (consent-gated)
• DigitalOcean LLC (USA) — server hosting
• CoinGecko (Singapore) — token metadata and price data (no personal data shared)
• OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) and Google AI — AI enrichment of detection events (no personal data shared)
• Etherscan / Alchemy / QuickNode / TronGrid / TronScan — blockchain node / explorer providers (no personal data shared)

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, which you should review for details on how they handle data.

5. International data transfers

Prelisted operates from the United Arab Emirates. The sub-processors above operate in the U.S., E.U., Singapore, and other regions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your home country.

6. Data retention

• Account data (email, Telegram username) — retained while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, for billing/fraud reasons. Deletable on request.
• Payment records — retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and financial-reporting obligations.
• Server logs — typically rotated within 60 days.
• Contact-form messages — retained in our admin Telegram inbox until manually cleared.

7. Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable data-protection laws, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent (e.g., for analytics cookies).
• Request data portability (a machine-readable copy of your data).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted database backups, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Prelisted is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
